Frequently asked questions
Ayurveda is an ancient system of health and living from India that focuses on understanding your unique constitution and the patterns that shape your wellbeing. It teaches you how food, routines, seasons, and daily choices influence your body and mind so you can return to a natural state of balance.
An Ayurvedic Practitioner completes extensive education in classical Ayurvedic science which includes anatomy, physiology, pathology, herbal studies, nutrition, lifestyle principles, daily and seasonal routines, pulse assessment, and bodywork techniques. Training includes hundreds of classroom hours and supervised clinical work with real clients. Practitioners learn how to understand constitution, imbalance, and root causes so they can create personalized recommendations for each individual.
This 90 minute session is a full look at your health story. We explore digestion, sleep, stress patterns, energy, cycles, and any symptoms you want support with. You leave with a personalized wellness plan that offers clear and doable steps you can begin right away.
Not at all. Come exactly as you are. I guide you through everything in a way that feels accessible and easy to understand. Your first session is simply a conversation so we can explore what you are experiencing right now.
You are welcome here. Ayurveda works beautifully alongside your medical care. My role is to support your digestion, energy, sleep, lifestyle, and stress patterns while your doctor manages any diagnoses or medications. I do not diagnose or treat disease. Instead, I focus on understanding the root patterns behind what you are feeling so your body has a stronger foundation for healing. Many clients find that combining both approaches gives them a more complete picture of their health.
Ayurveda is highly individualized. Each session is tailored through both conversation and observational assessment. I look at your pulse, tongue, face, skin, and nails to understand your constitution and the patterns influencing your digestion, energy, stress, and overall health. These details guide your personalized recommendations so every step feels aligned with your unique body and life.
Many people come here after feeling unheard or overlooked in the medical system or after trying multiple approaches without relief. Ayurveda looks at the whole picture rather than isolated symptoms. Clients often say they finally feel seen, understood, and supported in a way that brings clarity and hope again.
Yes. Ayurveda is especially supportive for concerns like bloating, constipation, stress, anxiety, poor sleep, low energy, skin issues, and hormonal imbalances. We work beyond symptoms and look at the root patterns so you can experience lasting change.
Marma therapy works on key energy points where muscle, bone, nerves, and subtle energy meet. Using gentle pressure, warm oils, and tuning forks, this session helps your system release tension and settle into a calmer and more grounded state. It feels deeply restorative and supportive for people who tend to hold stress in their body.
We meet at your grocery store and I help you choose foods and herbs that support your constitution. You learn how to read labels, how to make simple swaps, and how to understand which ingredients help your digestion, energy, and overall health. It is practical and very helpful for everyday life.
This service can also be done as personalized shopping, where groceries are brought to your home.
No. Ayurveda is based on small and sustainable shifts. I offer recommendations that fit your schedule and capacity so you can build supportive routines without feeling overwhelmed.
It depends on your goals. Many clients find that monthly sessions help them stay consistent and supported while building new habits. Others prefer to come seasonally. During your intake we choose a rhythm that feels realistic for your life.
