ABOUT LIFE LOFT
Life Loft NWA offers personalized wellness guidance and healing practices to help you feel balanced, energized, and at home in your body. With roots in the medical science of Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest systems of health, Life Loft offers a modern and accessible approach to well-being.
The word Ayurveda comes from Sanskrit: Ayur means life, and Veda means knowledge. Together, they describe a complete science of living that teaches how food, movement, environment, and emotion influence the body and mind.
Within the Loft is a small apothecary featuring Ayurvedic powders, herbal blends, and natural remedies crafted to support digestion, stress relief, sleep, seasonal balance, and more. The apothecary serves as both a retail space for private appointments and an educational resource.
Our group classes and private appointments integrate these teachings into daily life. From breathwork and nervous system support to mindful movement, meditation, and lifestyle guidance, each offering is designed to help you feel more grounded and present.
Life Loft also hosts workshops and personalized programs that bring people together to learn, move, and grow in community. Whether you are new to Ayurveda or simply looking for a space to restore your energy, Life Loft invites you to come as you are. It is a place to slow down, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and cultivate a sense of balance that extends far beyond the Loft.


YOUR PRACTITIONER
Gabby Mitchneck is a trained Ayurvedic Practitioner and certified instructor in Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Reiki, and Breathwork. Her studies and teaching have taken her from the red rocks of Sedona to the mountains of Asheville, deepening her understanding of Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, conscious movement, and the subtle connection between energy and experience, ultimately bringing her to Bentonville, where her roots continue to grow.
With years of experience in wellness, Gabby blends the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern approaches to movement and mindfulness. Her work is rooted in accessibility and authenticity, meeting each person where they are and guiding them toward a more balanced, connected, and vibrant life.

Inspired by her own healing journey and the profound shift that came from choosing a new path, Gabby’s work embodies the courage it takes to begin again. Stepping away from an old way of living opened the door to deeper awareness, leading her to yoga, Ayurveda, and the practices that continue to shape her life today. She believes healing is not about perfection, but presence and practice; the ongoing return to balance, clarity, and connection within oneself.
Through Life Loft NWA, Gabby created a space for community, self-discovery, and natural healing. Her mission is to help others reconnect to their own rhythm through mindful movement, nourishing lifestyle practices, and meaningful connection.

A deep dive into the Ayurvedic principles of nutrition, culinary spices, and ancient to modern day herbs. Building on insights from your initial Wellness Session, this appointment refines your plan based on your body’s unique constitution and current needs. We explore how seasonal changes, environment, and daily habits affect your digestion, energy, and mood.

You will learn how to use everyday foods, herbs, and spices to support digestion, balance energy, and strengthen vitality in both body and mind. Each recommendation is practical and personalized to integrate into daily life. Requires prior Wellness Intake.

MARMA POINT + TUNING FORKS
Marma therapy is an ancient branch of Ayurvedic medicine that works through vital points in the body. These points are junctions where muscle, bone, tendon, and subtle energy meet, and they have been used for thousands of years to support both physical and mental balance. ​

This session combines light touch, essential oils, and vibration with tuning forks. Help regulate the nervous system, release tension, improve circulation, and calm the mind. It supports the flow of prana, the body’s life force, and encourages the natural capacity for healing. ​This complements a wellness or self-care routine and is especially supportive for those experiencing stress, insomnia, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or heaviness.
Best experienced as part of an ongoing Wellness plan. 60 minutes.
